The Power Buyer Service was started
in 1994 by GE Capital Real Estate.
- PowerBuyer is a Preferred Provider
program that GE Capital Real Estate facilitates. We contract with
national vendors who provide products/services to owners and operators
of commercial properties. Our Preferred Providers offer the Power
Buyer customer benefits, which include discounted pricing, money
back performance guarantees, free inspections/surveys, extended
warranties, etc.
- The Power Buyer Preferred Providers
are number one, two, or three in their industries. They provide
our customers with creative solutions, top quality products and
service, and the best products for the best value/price. They
strive to develop long term relationships with the companies they
serve.
- We have high quality standards and
will only contract with companies who we know will deliver top
quality products and service. The Power Buyer Service is not about
being the cheapest – we are about being the best.
- There is no cost or obligation to
use the Power Buyer Service. No membership or transaction fees.
